Crew Roster

The Military has always been the love of Roland Rockwell’s life, and the Captain is a rigid and exuberant supporter of Starfleet and its military, believing sternly that it is the only shield in the galaxy against the tide of barbarous enemies that seek to render the universe into peril and chaos. A strict disciplinarian, Captain Rockwell expects the best from his crew and believes in a state of constant alertness to any threats to the federation or its allies. He is a staunch lover of Tellarite tobacco, and relishes in the smoking of it through his antique pipe (much to the chagrin of his Chief Medical Officer).

Boisterous and energetic, the First Officer and Chief Tactical Officer of the Premier is quite a character. A student of the largest and most historic starship battles, Commander Pradd’s love of tactics and the evolution of warfare has made him finely suited to command a ship as potent as the Premier. Seemingly consumed with energy and pep, the Tellarite is a master at motivating those under his command. He can often be found in Rec Room 5, where he currently holds the esteemed title of ship’s Gravity-Dart champion, a title he will defend against all comers.

Chief Science officer and Zoologist Kasheel Botan has spent his life studying the various animal life of the galaxy, visiting countless worlds and cataloguing and research the various exotic wildlife that prowls there. His enthusiasm for his studies is worn clearly on his face, which was scarred terribly during an encounter with a Wild Sehlat while on an expedition on Vulcan. Lieutenant Commander Botan keeps several rare and interesting animals in his quarters for study and companionship, his favorite being a particularly melodious Tribble named Zaydee. Perhaps due to his Egyptian ancestry, he holds particular fascination with the feline animal life of the galaxy, studying several different types of predatory cats.

Precise and obsessive, Reinhold Schectler is the Chief Engineer aboard the Premier, and many say that the Engineering bay is never without his presence. The eccentric German is known for appearing seemingly out of nowhere to startle those who seek him out, and due to his intimate knowledge of the layout of the Premier, he can traverse its decks in shocking speed through the use of the Jefferies tubes that streak through the ship like veins. Lieutenant Commander Schectler has no hobbies or interests outside of ruling sternly over his domain of Engineering, and he is among the most anti-social members of the fleet, let alone the ship. His attachment to the lower decks of the ship and seeming omnipresence have earned him the nickname “The Phantom of Engineering”.

Her Vulcanite heritage and mastery over her own emotions makes Chief Medical Officer Kevna an exceedingly potent combat medic, and she serves the Premier in that capacity excellently. Holding a keen interest in the soothing and healing effects of plant life and other holistic natural remedies, Doctor Kevna melds holistic approaches to her mastery over the mortal shell. Believing that a serene landscape aids in the factor of healing, she has decorated Sickbay with exotic pieces of art and has soothing and calming music playing at all times.

Chief Security Officer Fadron is consumed with his physical fitness and health to an almost comical degree. He insists in as high protein a diet as possible, and therefore only eats red or yellow food cubes, dismissing the other colors as far too high in sugar. The Lieutenant Commander is orderly and sticks to a strict routine, keeping to the same patrols and duties on a clockwork schedule. Several other members of the crew have attempted to get the young Andorian to lighten up and relax his strict schedule to no success.

The Chief Navigator of the Premier is the kindly southern belle known as Emily Lope. Suffering from a severe wanderlust all her life, the Kentucky-born pilot has journeyed to countless worlds even before joining Starfleet, where she could further indulge her nomadic nature. Kind and popular among the rest of the crew, Lieutenant Lope is an empathetic and friendly addition to the Premier’s crew. The curious necklace she wears around her neck was a momento she picked up from a merchant trader on the little known world Owathu.

The Premier’s specialist in Archaeology is the Englishman Winfred Foxton, a charming and witty scholar of long dead civilizations and historical relics. He holds an impressive collection of ancient alien historical artifacts that he proudly displays in his quarters and is always eager to add to. His second love is philosophy, and he can often be found quoting all manner of esoteric phrases from some of the finest questioning minds that the galaxy has ever known. Lieutenant Foxton’s husband is a civilian research assistant stationed at Memory Alpha, the prime library station of the United Federation of Planets.

Outgoing and personable, Cuban-born Lieutenant Giancarla Nevarez is the Chief Communications Officer aboard the Premier, where she acts as the diplomatic voice of the vessel. Fluent in an impressive array of alien tongues and methods of communication, she can consistently be found manning the Communications console aboard the Premier’s bridge.

Chief Helmsman of the Premier Lieutenant Todrick Embry is a man racked with maladies. His allergies seem to be triggered by the vast majority of substances, and he maintains his station with impeccable neatness, constantly disinfecting and wiping down the Helm where he is stationed aboard the Premier’s bridge. While his numerous medical conditions are far more of an annoyance than life-threatening, his knowledge of intergalactic routes is unmatched, and he knows an array of shortcuts and creative routes to get the Premier to where she is needed quickly and efficiently.

The efficient and dependable Security Officer Annette “Anne” Carrows can always be seen at the side of Lieutenant Commander Fadron, acting as his right hand aboard the ship. Quiet and stoic, Ensign Carrows shows promise and talent far beyond her years, and the Canadian-born Security Officer seems destined for a promising future among Starfleet. While she stands short of stature and is not physically imposing, Ensign Carrows is gifted with a keen eye and impeccable aim, making her the finest marksman on the ship.

Brash and impulsive, Ensign Yithette is a gifted shuttlecraft pilot who enjoys excitement a little bit too much for her own good. She was nearly kicked out of Starfleet Academy for stealing and joyriding an Academy shuttle. The Andorian hates being bored, and always manages to find a way to keep herself entertained, even if it...slightly bends regulations.

Wide-eyed and eager to serve, Ensign Bright is perhaps the unluckiest Starfleet Officer in the Fleet. Prone to horrible accidents and constant injury on even the most routine away team missions, the Ensign never loses his smile or positive attitude, even while convalescing in Sick Bay (where he can often be found). Often speaking of his high school sweetheart that he left on Earth back in Indiana (the lovely Peggy May), Ensign Bright’s prized possession is a picture of his love that he carries around on his person at all times. The plucky Ensign’s devotion to his crew, ship and duty are second only to the amount of brain-rattling concussions the luckless Redshirt has endured.

Proud master of the Premier Galley, Polish-born Chef Kasprozak is a friendly, proud and hard working Crewman whose impressive culinary knowledge has made him popular with the crew. He also runs the ship's Mess Hall, making it a laid back, relaxed place for the crew to dine and enjoy a meal between shifts.

Gruff and unsociable (even for a Tellarite), Security Officer Groth uses his sizable brawn and stature to enforce order aboard the ship. He can often be found in the Brig, where his abrasive personality and unsocial behavior truly shine.

As Transporter Chief of the Premier, Lieutenant Fegstein has an encyclopedic knowledge of any number of fantastic and grotesque Starship accidents that she doesn't mind sharing with visitors to her Transporter room. Her grim fascination with the perils of space travel make her one of the more colorful members of the Premier's crew.

Ghoulish medical officer Giovanni's warped interests include embalming, taxidermy and the studies of alien occult phenomena across the galaxy. His morbid hobbies relegate him to the Sickbay mortuary, where he makes good use of his dissection tools and tweaked intellectual curiosity. Ensign Giovanni's ancestral mansion in Italy was stricken by a terrible plague that killed the majority of his living family. Since that traumatic event, the creepy Ensign claims to sometimes hear the wailing of his family's spirits.
